This place is conveniently situated next to a restaurant and close to downtown, the staff were friendly and accommodating, and my stay in the twin/double room was enjoyable.

We stayed 1 night and it was a really enjoyable fit. Appreciated central heating, an individual safe, and multi-channel TV in the room. A tub in the private bathroom was a plus. The staff were helpful throughout our stay.

Lucky that it was not too far away from iwok, offering food to go.

The staff here is so friendly and helpful 😊 They really go out of their way to make you feel welcome. Plus, the location is super convenient - it's close to downtown and plenty of great restaurants. I highly recommend El Atacadero for dinner, and it's just a short distance from here.

Our stay at the Holiday Inn Orizaba felt like being home, no reason to complain.

We recently stayed at a hotel that exceeded our expectations. the location couldn't have been better, as it was just next to the restaurant and close to downtown. the room was small but new and clean, with fresh towels and linens, and the bathroom was modern and ideal for a family. the service was excellent and we enjoyed a special menu for our kids. there was a large playground nearby which made dining out a breeze. We were delighted with the facilities and advantages of the room, and the breakfast was especially delicious.

We did have some trouble with the rate being nearly twice as expensive when we arrived compared to the online reservation.

Lack of consideration from one staff member when requesting an additional bottle of water.

Our Christmas vacation was a bit disappointing. two aspects of the hotel were very positive. the rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. the second positive aspect was the proximity of the hotel to a big, well-stocked supermarket. We were able to easily buy food and drinks to enjoy in our room. Finally, the bonus point was that the hotel had a nice outdoor pool which we enjoyed using.
